Who we support
The Edwardsville/Glen Carbon St. Vincent DePaul Society Conference provides emergency funds and referral services to individuals and families living in the Edwardsville School District covering towns of Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Hamel, Worden and Moro. Our primary mission is to keep families in their homes by providing emergency housing and utility assistance. Our volunteers talk to the clients calling into our help-line and arrange home visits with all those seeking need. During our home visit we determine how best to help our clients with financial and spiritual support and, if necessary, we also coordinate help from other agencies.
