Warm Neighbors - typically, total household income must fall between 150 to 300 percent of the federal poverty level to qualify for bill payment assistance. Our home weatherization program targets households with incomes at 150 to 300 percent of the poverty level.

Household Size / 30-Day (Gross) Monthly Income Range Must be between:

2    $2,114 - 4,228

3    $2,666 - 5,332

4    $3,219 - 6,438

5    $3.678 - 7,542
